We're Ieuenctid Byd Bach youth theatre!
We are nurturing a love of theatre in the next generation of performers, artists and support crew in West Wales. We work towards a public performance each year that may include theatre, music, circus and aerial circus skills (collaborating with Syrcas Byd Bach’s advanced youth aerialists). JUNIOR IBBs - 4pm - 5pm
We run a junior youth theatre group for years 4, 5 and 6 (ages 8-11s). The sessions are fun, playful and full of imagination. The group devise and perform their work twice a year at Small World Theatre.
BB SENIORS - 5pm - 6.30pm
We work in a safe, supportive space learning theatre skills, playing games and staging public theatre performances during the year for the enjoyment of our local community. We welcome new members of secondary school age who are interested in any aspects of theatre.
Play in a Day!
We're running two 'Play-in-a-Day' workshops at Small World Theatre over the summer. Participants will spend the day with IBB facilitators devising a play with a free performance for parents/guardians/friends. They will need to bring lunch and a water bottle, and wear clothes that they are comfortable moving around it.
19 Aug - IBB Seniors (12 - 18s)
10am start with a performance for friends and family at 6pm
£20
IBB members who have just graduated to the Senior group are welcome at this session.
26 Aug - IBB Juniors (8 - 11s)
10am start with a performance for friends and family at 5pm
£20
IBB members who have just graduated to the Senior group are also welcome at this session!
